Booked 2BHK flat at crystal home near shivalik city on 10Dec, 2018 and registry made on 05th April, 2019.Land twister promise to hand over flat on 31st July, 2019 but they sold the flat to other person without informing me on higher amount, when I asked for refund they refunded back 01lacs and the rest of amount is still pending. They r giving lame accuses. Me. Pankanj never attend call and never give response on what's up. If they will not refund my balance amount I will go for legal action of fraud because they sold the flat to other and flat occupied by other person already.
