I made a reservation fully paid with BOOK IN HOTELS for 4 nights in the Rome Columbus Hotel, reservation No. BKH-[protected] from Aug 10, 2009 to Aug 13, 2009. This company cancelled our reservation with no reason on Aug 05, 2009, they send me an e-mail saying they were going to refund to my credit card the $589.33 EUR I paid. At this time I haven't received any money, I sent them many e-mails, they never answered and now it seams this company have disappeared. This company have cheated on many people all over the world. Does any one now what can we do to make this company pay for what they must?desapeard
