I had purchased tickets to an event three months ago and never received them. I have been making numerous calls to know avail and wasted hours waiting on text for responses. After using your site and mentioning it when I called I received the tickets the same day, mirror hours before the event. Referencing your site definitely helps and getting the tickets recovered
