Non- delivery of refrigerator

Tonya Collins: I was scheduled to have my refrigerator delivered on 7/31 between hours of 2:30-5:30pm. I received a call from Kia dispatch manager stating there were issues with the delivery truck and my appliance will still be delivered that day. However; my appliance wasn't delivered and I had not received a follow up call or notification of the reason for non- delivered item. I spoke to my salesperson, Jordan ( Metairie location) on yesterday regarding the non- delivery. He had informed me that my refrigerator was going to be delivered tomorrow according to the district manager. I spoke to my salesperson today and he reiterated that my item will be delivered today according to the district manager. Now I'm being told by him the delivery will be tomorrow because the trucks has already gone out. District manager or salesperson failed to keep their word in delivery of my product. I have spoken with a representative at the corporate office ( Jessica) and she was told my the district manager that my product will be delivered today. Now I was inconvenient on yesterday and now I'm being asked to be inconvenient for tomorrow. This has been an horrible experience. The representative for your company "words" means nothing to their customers.
