Non delivery of package to my residence

I am currently disabled due to a fractured hip. I have always received packages left in mail room for me. However, my last two deliveries were not left in mail room or by my door. Instead, it was dropped off at a local pharmacy. This is unacceptable due to my current medical situation. User's recommendation: Don’t use UPS.
