I ordered bumble and bumble hairspray when I received it the packaging was authentic but when I sprayed it on my hair it was like water. I bought the same hairspray from my local salon to compare- it worked great, smelled different, even the color was slightly different. The fake spray from luxury parlor was slightly darker and not completely clear. I tried to return it and no credit was ever issued and they never let you speak to anybody...what a scam!!! I should have looked at all of the negative reviews. Sorry Alexa but since you are selling knock off merchandise but marketing it as the real deal I would say you really have not made any improvements!!
