Non acceptance of air miles for gasoline payment

There are 2 stattions in Vernon, B.C. The one on Okanagan landing road states that they do not have the facility to process air miles for gasoline payment. The 2nd station located corner of 32th Ave and 39th street tells me I have no air miles showing on the computer screen ,so I have to pay cash. I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE STATEMENTS made by employees, they do not want to process Air milesR mILES
