No Updates on Order in Almost a Week

I'm a first time customer and avid wig wearer. My concern is that my questions and emails are not being answered and I'm getting no updates on my order to check if everything is in stock and on its way. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt but little by little I'm starting to believe these awful reviews I've seen about their customer service. I placed my first order last week and have sent 2 emails. I've gone back and checked the items I purchased and half of them are now out of stock. Which I assume that means they pulled them and getting them ready for me. I'm really looking forward to the wigs I purchased and I don't want to open a dispute but if I have to I will. Order #106**** and #106****. I would hope my business would be more valued. I want an update asap User's recommendation: At the moment no.
