No trash pickup

They bypassed my house from picking up my scheduled pickup today. They didnt pick up my trash for 5 weeks and done a recovery pickup this past Monday but then bypassed me today on my scheduled pickup. The company always says they will do a pickup to get the missed pickup, but never send anyone. I am canceling my service with this company.
