No transparency, given the run around. hours on support..

my receipts show paid til next year... they sent me a bill for ZERO value.. then i got letter saying i had to pay. I found a duplicate charge on my account. for one service.. due to their very foggy accounting system.... hours of online support.. they said i would have a credit... but no.. no credit.. their accounting system is shocking. I've lost my website at this stage although my domain was never with them... they sent me bill for ZERO again and again and I kept telling them that.. they would say i have to pay to host again.. i said i took offer for 3 year deal...then sent me another nil invoice... showed them screen shots (that i now cant access)... shocking shocking service. I was ill at the time... but i also cant afford the hours each time online unable to escalate to anyone who actually cares. I want my backups .. I want my files back :(
