No support for north america
if you make the mistake of buying a cm product and live in north America you are SOL. you can call all you want but no one ever answers phone, you will get an automated message for "Michael cohen" to leave a voicemail but good luck with leaving one as as son as the automated message ends the call hangs up. it isn't just support either, trying to circumvent the auto choice and get an operator also is no good. now I know you might be thinking well maybe they weren't open or maybe at lunch well no this is not the case, I have tried multiple attempts to reach cm to get the missing plastic hard drive tray things for my case ranging from ( all times based on cm local time NOT my personal time) opening to closing, up to 12:00 and after 1:00so from opening to 12, and after 1 ( hour skipped for "lunch" till closed and I have NEVER been able to reach anyone. do yourselves a favor just don't buy a coolermaster product at the end of the day it turns out cm is one of those throw it away and buy a new one companies for north America as there is no support here for us.
