My daughter is 17 has been there since july. While there she has began gang banging. Shes been arrested twice for shoplifting. She breaks curfew constantly without consequence. In the last week they have called at least 3 times about her breaking curfew. The latest was last night.they text me saying she was on her way so TheY did NOTHING
