Original review updated by user Apr 06, 2021 After Turo send multiple notifications confirming my reservation, charging my credit card for the full amount of the rental, and warning me multiple times to make sure I showed up, the "host" was a no show. I had no car to use, and I had to wait an hour to confirm that he was not showing. Then I had to search for a replacement. The one offered by Turo was in a different state!!! So I had to scout out an Enterprise location and due to the last minute scramble, I paid twice as much. Plus I lost 3 hours from a 24-hour trip. TURO IS MUCH WORSE THAN A RENTAL, in my opinion. User's recommendation: Use any rental service BUT Turo.
