Just got off phone with customer service..they say that tech was here around 8am to turn service on... I was at home within eyesight and earshot of the front door, purposely. They claimed they left a card...no card anywhere,no one came to the door.asked if they could contact the tech...they said no. He might have been in the area,or wrong house...but he wasn't here. Now...coldest day of the year...two kids...they tell me I have to wait until Monday.... Can we remedy this situation???
