They do not respond to emails, and when you finally get to speak to a person, they are unbelievably rude and throw the phone down in your ear. The customer services manager is apparently "working from home", but unavailable to receive or make phone calls...... Meantime, the disgusting service filters down to ALL staff!. I will NEVER use Aramex for anything again, and I will make sure to advertise this on every single social media site. One has to but look on hellopeter.com and see the numerous, unanswered daily complaints about your company! The most incompetent and rude people I have ever come across! User's recommendation: Stay away!
