No service support

I have a heatnglo 6000trxi fire place. parts have corroded need replacement but there is no way to contact them directly but referred to authorized dealer who charges a service call but would not touch it since they didnt install it. They would try to order parts but i have to install myself! Unbelievable User's recommendation: Go with a different brand.
