No Service Provided by GEO

We are long term Geo members and all of a sudden we received no service over a period of months. We emailed, left numerous phone messages, but Geo did not respond to emails or return our phone calls. Of course when year-end maintenance fees are due they call us numerous times and threaten to ruin our credit rating if we do not pay up. We are now painfully trying to get Geo to communicate with us regarding their NO service. We enjoyed Geo for many years but NOW their service is poor thus I would not purchase a timeshare with them. User's recommendation: Think twice about buying a time share. There are lots of accommodation options vs buying timeshares.
