No service on my phone from sage telecom in a week although bill paid

My phone went out on April 8th, 2015. I called my carrier which is Sage Telecom and reported the problem. As of today April 15, 2015 my phone is still not working. Every time I call Sage Telecom they tell me another lie about when someone is coming to fix my phone. So far they have given me 4 dates of when someone would be coming haven't seen or heard anything yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor on April 15, 2015 and was left on hold no one never came and answered the phone. They were very rude each time I called their technical support and just gave me another bogus date of when someone would be coming out, not to mention you can hardly understand what they are saying. My bill is due on the 11th of each month, I paid my bill early on April 3, 2015 due to that's when I get paid. I live with my son and we are both disabled and need our phone service and that was also explained to them. My phone has been off exactly a week now and they are now saying someone will be out on April 17, 2015. I doubt if they come even then which is 10 days after reporting to them that my phone was not working.
