Big Bear Retreat Cabin 2112 Redmond Way, Sevierville, TN Hours with no water and still waiting. I was told someone would be out to fix our water problem within 2 hours. After almost 3 hours past from my last call was they tell me the ticket just got opened less than an hour ago which makes absolutely no sense. They have to talk to a dispatcher who then has to leave a message with a vendor who then is suppose to call back and give some sort of ETA.
