Stayed at the resort from 10-15-19 to 10-17-19 at the resort in Scotrun Pennsylvania. On the second night started to take a shower and realized there was no running hot water and ended up taking a freezing cold water. Had to put my 3 years old granddaughter to bed without giving her a bath and my wife refused to take a cold shower. Call the front desk and they told me that maintenance was checking into it and that they did not know when the problem was going to be rectified. It a darn shame that resort this expensive had to put their guest through this situation. Will never stay at this resort again.
