On July 14, 2021, I bought an expensive dress, in my size, from Light in the Box. When it arrived it did not fit in some places the zipper was10 inches apart. When I tried to return they told me, "According to our return policy, it is with much regret to inform you that this item is not entitled to any refund or exchange as it belongs to the category of non-returnable items (Made-To-Measure)". Then has the nerve to say, "you may consider giving it away to a friend/family member". I will NEVER buy from Light In the Box and I will tell as many people as I can to avoid them. you may consider giving it away to a friend/family member User's recommendation: NEVER BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX!
