No return, no credit, no good

Like many who travel on holidays we like to book in advance. But, beware with Airsia. Booking 2 months ahead was a loss of money. Since, I relocated to another province, my ticket is useless. Asking for credit or partial refund is equally useless and not an option. In fact, I am told there are no refunds unless it is due to the airlines reason. Horrible policy for travelers, great for inconsiderate business methods. I do NOT recommend unless last and only option available...personally..I will take a bus if domestic rather than AA. User's recommendation: Consider the potential Full Loss before thinking you saved little money.
