My wife has been buying Easy Spirit shoes for years, it's her favorite brand. When she was notified of a sale she bought two inexpensive pairs, but when they arrived they were of inferior quality and too narrow. She went to return them but in the paperwork it said they could not be returned despite the fact that they included a return label. I talked to customer service but they said that was clearly stated when the purchase was made. That's not true. If it was there it was in the fine print. She'll never buy Easy Spirit again.
