I have been contacting kiwi.com since last year September and they have not been responding. First response I received from them was in March and since Ryan again no reply. I am waiting for a refund and they mentioned airline has approved it but I have not received anything yet It has been 4 months I have been sending them messages but none has replied It is important we receive funds We just had a baby and COVID situation has not been easy financially User's recommendation: Really bad customer service.
