No response to our calls or emails regarding claim

Bought the fridge from BEST BUY and the guy who installed the fridge broke our screen door in our brand new house on the very first day. He told us that he created case with Sedgwick and asked us to contact Sedgwick to fix screen door. Its been 17 days and we've been calling everyday and emailing the Sedgwick claim team but no answer at all. I don't want to even rate this company. I wish this company should be closed FOR EVER!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!
