No response to my complaints of defective TV

Update by user May 26, 2021 There has been no response from Samsung. I contacted Best Buy, where I purchased the TV, and was treated with complete lack of respect. Best Buy had the same attitude as Samsung ie: I should have got the extended warranty. Original review posted by user Apr 20, 2021 Half the screen is black on a 24 month old Samsung Smart TV --see picture attached---Samsung is ignoring my complaints. I want a partial refund, or the TV repaired at Samsung's expense.
