They wrote a sales order for my gazebo that was the wrong part and the wrong price. I can't find my model gazebo on their website, so I cannot provide them with the correct part number. When I tried to call and email them to fix the issue, they do not return phone calls or emails. User's recommendation: Choose another company for your product. These guys won't help you with your problems.
