No response to inquiry of shipping

I had placed an order on Nov 27 on Kylie Cosmetics website and I have been trying to get an update on an ETA shipping and no response. There is no phone number to call. I have been emailing their customer service email they provide and no reply from anyone. It is completely frustrating. The money has already been deducted from my account, but no merchandise received or response. This is terrible for business. I will never purchase from them again!!!
