No response to fix problem after multiple phone calls starting April 21, 2020

My purchase was delivered to the wrong address. The online purchase took place March , 2020. The amount was $664.98. It took three weeks to discover where the items were delivered. They went to a Home Store in a different State. The manager confirmed that the items were at her store. I asked that the items be re-delivered to the right address or my money refunded. She stated she would inquire to a supervisor as to how to handle the situation and get back to me. I waited two weeks and then started to call. I was eventually blocked by her. I never heard from her again. I then tried to call Sears Shop Your Way Mastercard customer services. I tried to call Sears Home Store Online customer services. Nothing. Often, after 40 minutes of being on hold, I would get a service rep. They would say they would help me, put me on hold, and then the line would disconnect. EVERY TIME. It is now three and a half months later and still nothing. So I am considering obtaining an attorney. User's recommendation: Do not expect Sears to give you any help if something goes wrong.
