No response to emails regarding a refund

Ordered wrong part -due to pandemic couldn't get into mechanic for several months when appt arrived in Nov the mechanic opened box to discover wrong parts these parts are new and have not even been out of the box now i want a refund - i will never use these parts and Drivestar will not respond to emails. We ordered thru amazon and they direct you to Drivestar. Feeling very pissed off right now if i could i would drive to CA and return in person however that is not an option.-- User's recommendation: Dont use Drivestar for autoparts.
