No response from WIGSIS re. return of the order and a request for refund

After I received a wig from WIGSIS I found out that the product does not fit, it is too big and wrong for me. Right away I sent a request to provide address and the manner in which I may return the product and get a refund of $107. They were supposed to respond in 24 hours but I received NO RESPONSE, They do not have the address norNoo the tel number
