No response from customer care and playing around

The delivery guy had picked up item without pickup request being raised due to app issue. now Myntra team is saying that the dont have the item with them nor they are registering my query. Smartly deleting it in app and even not providing me delivery guys contact. Even after being an icon customer im facing this issue User's recommendation: be careful.
