I purchased a subscription, and I wanted to cancel it 3 days later; I did not like my experience with the app. I closed my Tinder account, sent them a request for a refund, and I have not heard from them. I went to the Tinder website to see how f they had a customer service line, they did, 214-853-****, its a fax line. They did have some information on how to cancel the subscription through your phone App Store which I did as well, so far no response from anyone. User's recommendation: Do not sign up for this service, it’s not a good service.
