No response as to when will get my jacket

I order a jacket on December 16 and was to have received it in 5-7 days. There was no shipping carrier nor a tracking number. I have tried numerous times to call, but call will not go through. Store where I ordered the jacket has a phone number that has been disconnected. I am still trying to contact someone about when I will receive the jacket but am very frustrated. Is this company a scam. My friends and I purchased considerable items at hundreds of dollars but the jacket that I had to have ordered cannot be located as there is no one to talk to. Bad customer service, bad company.
