Elite singles has been almost impossible to contact. I did a lot of research to come up with an email address as the site itself appears to give no option to contact them. On emailing I got an automatic response with a promise to get in touch. They have not been in touch. I have previously emailed asking them to cancel my membership so was quite upset when I got an email saying it was about to renew All in all I would not recommend elite singles.
