                No response after a couple emails

In October 2020, I purchased a Sunjoy Gazebo on Amazon. A couple of months later an 80 mph windstorm came through and picked my gazebo up and blew it against a tree. Many of the frame parts were broken or bent. Rather than purchase a new gazebo I was attempting to contact them to see if I could buy replacement parts for the damaged ones. I called the customer service number but a recording said to email them which I did, again.
