I have been on the phone to tech support for multiple hours over the past 2 weeks. I am trying to defederate a domain with microsoft so ci can have it at godaddy. It has supposedly been escalated twice now with a promise of a call back that day. I NEVER GET A CALL BACK AND IT IS HURTING MY BUSINESS!!! I need this problem resolved NOW! My original case number was 2447190. Please get back to me with a SUPERVISOR!! . Whenever I call and give my case number I have to go through the whole story all over again. Do they not keep detailed notes of each call and promise they make? From what I have been told thus far the issue is that another person claimed my domain by accident (Kim cullum at C3goatranch.com. she was a franchisee and did not mean to do this. She has not been a franchisee for 2 years now. I cannot use microsoft 365 which I purchased through godaddy quite awhile ago
