No resolution to lien release !!

After several calls and on hold for an hour one time and 35 min another time. Multiple requests for lien release on property that has been paid off since October 2020. This is June 2, 2021. Horrible customer service each time. I have sent emails, left voicemails and still no resolution. User's recommendation: Do not use this company if you can avoid them.
