Since the purchase date of my auto and starting with the first payment, Merican Credit Acceptance did not report my payments to the primarly credit report agencies, Transunion, Equifax and/or Experian. I'd call them after the 3rd month payment all done before the due date, but not reflected in my credit reports. I talked to their Customer Service Department, and they report those 3 months, May, June and July 2018 and said that there was a software problem and it was resolved. The months passed and by the end of 2018 I'd make a complaint with BBB. In a matter of 2 weeks American Credit Acceptance reported the 2018 remaining months up-to December. Nice up to that point. In 2019 they have reported only to Experian and only the month of January. In Transunion and Equifax the last month reported is December 2018 thus the current balance is as-of December 2018. This is unacceptable Hope people with same issues with same company move forward and complain.
