No reply from company, I’ve emailed them 4 times regarding the same issue, all I get is a ticket number, and they will get back to me in 24 -72 hours, that was on January 4th.

I just bought all my Dutch pots with the carrying the name REMY OLIVIER on them... my 4qt pot has a chip on the handle, I need this pot replaced or my money back. This happened the first day I washed my pot ...following all the instructions given on the little pamphlet in the box. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE REMY OLIVIER PRODUCTS.
