No replacement/ refund for a WRONG ITEM SENT

I had purchased an item from Lookfantastic. It was delivered to me on the 10th of January 2020. It was an international parcel so i jad to pay 70% duty fees. After all that expenditure i open the parcel to only realise they ahhave sent me a wrong item. I have placed a complaint on their website on 18th January 2020 and am in toucj with their custome care since 4 MONTHS. They just evade the resolution of the problem, saying its under investigation. I think this is really unjust to a customer!!!
