No refunds policy

I ordered three items from Dressbarn on April 27, 2021. They immediately charged my credit card despite nothing being shipped to me. I received one item a few days later and it was poor quality and not true to size. I went to return it but was told they do not issue refunds, only merchandise credit. After a week, the other two items had never been sent so I called to find out where they were because I needed them for an event and they told me the items hadn't yet shipped. I said I wanted to cancel them and they said, "Sorry, it's too late. You'll just have to return the items when you get them, for a merchandise credit only." It is ridiculous that they do not offer refunds and that they charge you before any merchandise has even been shipped. I now have no use for these items, assuming they ever arrive and am out $132+ with a company I will never order from again.
