No refund yet from Iberia Case # from Iberia 201052*-1399****

They overcharged my Citymastercard in April 18 they did not send electronic tickets and when we found out the erroneous amount on credit card we called them and cancelled the flight on April 19 24 hours after we booked. They acknowledge their mistake and told us the first time to wait 72 hoursfor refund. No refund received and they gave us this case number # 201052*-1399**** and it would take up to 2 months. Here now its been 3 1/2 months and no solution. Its impossible to call they dont answer Very frustrated customer User's recommendation: Impossible to call them for problems so don’t fly with them.
