I contacted the company to help me sign in to my Facebook account. This account was hacked I was no longer able to get into my Facebook account. Which I still cant. When the technician called me back from 6YE he told me they cant help you sign in to the account. You need to be able to get into the account sign in to be able to get help from them. He told me to apply for a refund which they turned down twice! Every time I ask them about a refund they tell me my account is fine and skip the question about refund all together. This is happened more than five times. Im done contacting them using them or suggesting anyone use them because they are arrogant 8 inches User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE.
