NO REFUND – REFUSE TO CANCEL UNAUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP

I requested cancellation before my trial period was up. I have bantered back and forth with them for over 2 weeks now trying to get their credit card charge reversed. NO LUCK!! Most certainly, I WOULD NOT RECOMMED GUARDIO TO ANYONE!!! The customer service offered is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. They continue to "monitor" my computer even though I have deleted their program. Also, they advertised this program would stop pop-ups....NOPE! When I questioned customer service about continuing to receive numerous pop-ups, they informed me that the program only stopped malicious pop-ups! In addition, the program only ASKS the offenders to please stop sending pop-ups to you. This program is a total joke! I want my refund and for Guardio to discontinue monitoring my computer! Could this be a lawsuit?????? User's recommendation: DO NOT OPT IN FOR THE FREE TRIAL - YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE YEAR'S MEMBERSHIP WHETHER YOU CANCEL OR NOT!!!!
