I am writing on behalf of my son, he is in the army and not able to contact you himself. I have tried contacting flyfar several times in regards to a full refund for my son's cancelled flights from Sydney to LA in December 2020. They have sent the odd reply then nothing. they told him in December they would provide a full refund, then changed it to a credit, he told them he wanted a refund and they have now stopped all correspondence. I have all the emails telling him he will get a refund but cannot add them to this form as they are in word documents and not JPEGS. I can send you them at a later date
