No refund or replacement of returned product

The mobile cover delivered by Rediff was full of scratches, used and broken. When I sent pictures of the product, the company asked me to return it to the vendor. I did so and further sent pictures of the delivery receipt. Rediff reimbursed me the courier charges I incurred and assured me an replacement in 7 days. That was more than 40 days ago. Even after repeated emails and tele complains, all I have received is false assurances of replacement or refund.
