We booked a family vacation to the Galápagos Island for May 2020. The tickets were booked through Expedia and were fully refundable tickets. When Covid hit, Ecuador was closed and the flight was canceled by LATAM. We have followed every instruction to get our refund back, from contacting Expedia to contacting LATAM directly. Unfortunately, they have not given us our money back!!!! User's recommendation: Find another carrier.
