No refund in extenuating circumstances

I have two pairs of Orthofeet shoes that have never been worn at all (only tried on). I ordered them in April 2020 during the pandemic and know that now it is well past the trial guarantee. B/c I ended up not needing the shoes during the pandemic when I was not getting out, and b/c I was overwhelmed mentally and physically (had biopsy surgery on my uterus), I just could not make myself handle the return process. I called to explain the circumstances, and the customer service rep seemed appalled and cut me off when I explained my situation and asked for a refund. compleuntoushoes. User's recommendation: Do not waste money on this unfair company.
