I was visiting Chicago for the weekend and bought 4 tickets to a scenic boat tour and it didnt say sold out and let me make the purchase without booking a specific tour, date and time. Then when I went to book the tour after purchasing tickets. 2 minutes later they were sold out for entire weekend. No refund available All sales final! If that is the case when you pay for your tickets Groupon should book you a specific tour date and time. Then pay for tickets. Will not use Groupon again. Thank you. User's recommendation: Do not purchase before checking availability on their website first.
